Home School Expo 2016

An event not to be missed for home educators and people interested in finding out more about home Ed!
We will be bringing together curriculum providers, educational resources, tertiary institutions and extra mural opportunities for home educators all under one roof!

During the expo, you can pop into Life Cafe at Josh Gen for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat ( gluten free and Banting options will be available on the menu . )

Entry fee to the expo: R50 per person

CHE bootcamp

2015 Prize-giving – Bootcamp

On the 28th November 2015, the CHE held the annual Prize-giving at Delvera, a wine farm out in Stellenbosch. As usual, there was fun for everyone, with the older kids enjoying a military style “Bootcamp” with obstacle courses and paintball shooting. The little ones enjoyed Go-cart racing.

Winter Workshop 2016

Come and join the CHE for the annual Winter Workshop on the 7th May 2016 in Bellville. Pre-bookings is R40.

Topics this year will be “Things I wish I knew when I started home schooling” as well as “The role of the father in home education.” Some of the keynote speakers will be Shirley Erwee, Wendy Young, Anita Grove, Bouwe van der Eems, Dominic Young and Thinus Meyer.
